Stunning home designed by Bruce Bolander

Where is this house?!  The location is stunning and the design of the home itself is truly inspiring.  Not sure how I ran across the site of Bruce Bolander but he's an Architect that knocked my socks off - seriously...when I first saw his portfolio, my shoes popped off and my socks flew across the room.

UPDATE:  the house is in Malibu and as he states on DesignMilk, “The intent of the house was to not interfere with the views any more than was necessary. Its materials are in fact a bit rough and handmade, intentionally so.”

A Herd of Rolling Huts

Herd

A low-tech, low-impact design by architect Tom Kundig, I'm looking forward to renting one of these with my family; the combination of the rustically-modern design with the stunning location (near Mazama, WA) would surely make for a fun adventure.
